1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using JUMPQ's website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any referenced policies.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Service description
JUMPQ provides software tools and workflows for checkout operations, including customer scanning flow, verification support, and related administration capabilities.
Specific features may vary by subscription, product updates, or technical availability.
3. Account and onboarding responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring information provided during onboarding is accurate, lawful, and kept current.
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and restricting access to authorized personnel only.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activities.
You must not reverse engineer, interfere with platform security, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
5. Payments and billing
Where paid plans apply, fees, billing periods, renewal terms, and payment obligations will be communicated during onboarding or contract setup.
Failure to settle due fees may lead to account restrictions, suspension, or service termination in line with agreed terms.
6. Intellectual property
All software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and related content on JUMPQ remain the intellectual property of JUMPQ or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
No ownership rights are transferred to users except limited usage rights granted under valid subscription or agreement.
7. Data and compliance
Each party is responsible for complying with applicable data protection and consumer protection obligations in Nigeria, including NDPA 2023 and FCCPA obligations where applicable.
You remain responsible for lawful collection and use of your customer data within your operations.
8. Service availability and support
We work to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation.
Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or security events may affect service availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, JUMPQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.
Our total liability for proven claims is limited to amounts paid for the affected service period, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate access according to the applicable service agreement. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious breach, security risks, or unlawful use.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Disputes should first be handled in good-faith discussions. Where unresolved, disputes may be referred to competent courts in Nigeria, subject to any agreed dispute resolution framework.
